At Zvuková Galerie, we arrange delivery directly from our store. We currently deliver orders to the Czech Republic, countries within the European Union, and Ukraine.

2. Shipping Costs
Czech Republic
Standard delivery: 430 CZK
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 days
European Union
Standard delivery: 800 CZK
Estimated delivery time: 5–8 days
Ukraine
Standard delivery: 800 CZK
Estimated delivery time: 5–8 days
3. Free Shipping
We offer free delivery for orders with a total value of 30,000 CZK or more.
Free delivery applies to orders delivered to:
• Czech Republic
• European Union countries
• Ukraine
4. Delivery Times
The delivery times shown above are estimated delivery times.
Delivery normally takes:
• 3–5 days within the Czech Republic
• 5–8 days within the European Union
• 5–8 days to Ukraine
Delivery times may occasionally be longer due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including transport disruptions, customs procedures, severe weather, public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Delivery Address
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Please make sure that your delivery address, phone number and other contact details are correct and complete.
If an incorrect or incomplete address prevents delivery, additional delivery costs may apply where permitted by applicable law.
6. Order Processing
We begin processing orders after the payment has been successfully authorised or received, depending on the selected payment method.
We will use the contact information provided with the order if we need to clarify any delivery details.
7. Delivery to Ukraine
Orders delivered to Ukraine are subject to the applicable Ukrainian customs and import regulations.
Any customs duties, import taxes, fees or other charges imposed by the authorities of the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customers ordering products for delivery to Ukraine should ensure that the products can legally be imported into the destination country.
8. Delivery Problems
If your order arrives damaged, appears to have been opened, or you believe that part of the order is missing, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the condition of the package and the product.
We will review the situation and provide further instructions.
9. Incorrect or Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete information, was unavailable to receive the order, or otherwise caused the delivery to fail, we may contact the customer to arrange another delivery attempt.
Any additional delivery costs caused by circumstances attributable to the customer may be charged where permitted by applicable law.
