These Terms of Service govern the use of the Zvuková Galerie online store and the purchase of products through our website.

By placing an order through our online store, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service.

2. Products

Zvuková Galerie specialises in audio equipment and offers products including:

•    Design turntables

•    Premium studio microphones

•    Reference studio headphones

Product descriptions, photographs, technical specifications and other information are provided to help customers make an informed purchasing decision.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information is accurate and up to date. However, minor differences between product photographs and the actual product may occur, including differences in colour, finish or appearance due to screen settings or manufacturer changes.

3. Prices

All product prices displayed in the online store are stated in the currency applicable to the customer's market and order.

The applicable currency may depend on the customer's country or the market selected on the website.

For customers ordering from Ukraine, prices are displayed in USD.

Unless otherwise stated, applicable taxes are included in the displayed consumer price where required by applicable law.

Any applicable delivery costs are displayed separately before the customer completes the order.

4. Payment

We currently offer the following payment methods:

•    Bank transfer

•    PayPal

The available payment methods may depend on the customer's country and the configuration of the online store.

An order will be processed after the payment has been successfully authorised or received, depending on the selected payment method.

5. Placing an Order

To place an order, the customer selects the desired products, adds them to the shopping cart and completes the checkout process.

Before submitting the order, the customer has the opportunity to review and correct the information entered.

By submitting an order, the customer places a binding order for the selected products.

After receiving an order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided by the customer.

An order is accepted and a purchase contract is concluded in accordance with applicable Czech law and the information provided during the ordering process.

6. Availability of Products

We make reasonable efforts to keep information about product availability up to date.

If a product ordered by a customer unexpectedly becomes unavailable, we will contact the customer and inform them about the situation.

If we are unable to fulfil the order, the customer will be entitled to cancel the affected order and receive a refund of any payment already made for the affected product.

7. Delivery

We arrange delivery directly from our store.

We currently deliver to:

•    Czech Republic

•    European Union countries

•    Ukraine

Delivery within the Czech Republic

Standard delivery within the Czech Republic costs 430 CZK.

The estimated delivery time is 3–5 days.

Delivery within the European Union

Standard delivery within the European Union costs 800 CZK.

The estimated delivery time is 5–8 days.

Delivery to Ukraine

Standard delivery to Ukraine costs 800 CZK.

The estimated delivery time is 5–8 days.

Free Delivery

Delivery is free for orders with a total value of 30,000 CZK or more.

The free delivery threshold applies to deliveries within the Czech Republic, the European Union and Ukraine.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer prevents delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional delivery costs resulting from the incorrect information, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Transfer of Risk

For consumer purchases, the risk of accidental damage to or loss of the goods generally passes to the consumer when the goods are received by the consumer or by a person designated by the consumer other than the carrier.

Mandatory consumer rights regarding delivery and transfer of risk remain unaffected.

10. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers purchasing products online have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

The withdrawal period generally begins when the consumer or a person designated by the consumer, other than the carrier, receives the goods.

11. Returns

When exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Returned goods should be packaged appropriately to prevent damage during transportation.

The customer may be responsible for a reduction in the value of the goods if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.

12. Defective Products and Complaints

If a product has a defect or does not conform to the purchase contract, the customer may exercise their statutory rights.

We will handle complaints in accordance with applicable Czech consumer protection legislation.

The statutory rights of consumers concerning defective goods are not limited by these Terms of Service.

13. Product Warranty

Any commercial warranty provided by a manufacturer or by us will be specified separately where applicable.

Such a commercial warranty does not limit the customer's statutory rights relating to defective goods.

14. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Zvuková Galerie website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product descriptions, design elements and other materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless otherwise stated.

The content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

15. Website Use

Customers agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.

Customers must not:

•    Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems

•    Interfere with the operation or security of the website

•    Use the website for fraudulent purposes

•    Upload or transmit malicious software

•    Use the website in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of others

We reserve the right to take reasonable measures to protect the website and our customers against misuse.

16. Product Information and Availability

We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in product descriptions, prices or availability information.

If a clearly incorrect price or product information is displayed due to an obvious technical or human error, we will contact the customer before fulfilling the order.

The customer will have the opportunity to accept the corrected information or cancel the affected order.

17. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

In particular, these Terms do not limit the mandatory rights of consumers or statutory liability for defective products.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for interruptions or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including technical failures, interruptions of third-party services, natural events, transport disruptions or other extraordinary circumstances.

18. Personal Data

Personal data provided when using our online store is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that their personal data must be processed to the extent necessary to fulfil the purchase contract and comply with applicable legal obligations.

The relevant information and procedures are available through the competent Czech consumer protection authorities.

This does not affect the consumer's right to seek judicial protection.

21. Applicable Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

Where the customer is a consumer residing in another European Union country, mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer's country of residence remain unaffected.

Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to deprive consumers of rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our business, services, website or applicable legislation.

The current version will always be published on this page.

The version applicable to a purchase is the version in effect at the time the purchase contract was concluded, unless a later change is required by law.
