Warm Audio WA8000

The Warm Audio WA8000 is a premium large-diaphragm tube condenser microphone engineered for high-end vocal and instrumental recording. Inspired by one of the most celebrated studio microphones of the modern recording era, it combines a custom K67-style capsule, a NOS 6AU6 tube and a custom Lundahl transformer to deliver an open, detailed sound with exceptional presence and depth.

Its gold-sputtered dual large diaphragm captures subtle vocal nuances while maintaining clarity across the 20 Hz–20 kHz frequency range. Cardioid and omnidirectional polar patterns provide flexibility for lead vocals, acoustic instruments, voice-over and other demanding studio applications.

A dedicated cooling system helps maintain stable tube performance and minimise unwanted noise, while the premium Gotham GAC-7 cable preserves signal integrity between the microphone and external power supply. The WA8000 is supplied with a shock mount and custom hard case, creating a complete recording system for professional studio environments.
