AKG K701

AKG K701 are premium open-back headphones designed for critical listening, studio mixing and high-fidelity audio. Their spacious presentation and analytical tuning reveal fine details in recordings while maintaining a natural balance across the frequency spectrum.

AKG’s Flat-Wire Voice Coil technology improves transient response and precision, while the two-layer diaphragm contributes to controlled, low-distortion reproduction. The open-back architecture creates a wide stereo image with accurate instrument positioning and a convincing sense of depth.

Large velour ear pads and a self-adjusting leather headband provide a comfortable fit for extended listening and production sessions. With a 62-ohm impedance, the K701 pair particularly well with dedicated headphone amplifiers, DACs and professional audio interfaces.
