The Aston Origin Black Bundle combines the large-diaphragm Aston Origin condenser microphone in an exclusive black finish with the Aston SwiftShield shock mount and pop-filter system. Designed primarily for professional vocal and instrument recording, the package brings together a transparent cardioid microphone and a dedicated isolation system in a complete studio setup.

The Aston Origin is a large-diaphragm cardioid condenser microphone with an open, detailed tonal character. Its carefully selected capsule is paired with a high-performance transformerless electronic circuit, designed to preserve the natural character of the source while maintaining clarity and definition across the audible spectrum.

With a frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz, the Origin is suitable for a broad range of recording applications. Its detailed upper register and balanced response make it particularly effective for vocals and acoustic guitar, while its ability to handle substantial sound-pressure levels also allows it to work with drums, electric guitar amplifiers and other instruments.

SwiftShield combines the Swift shock mount and Shield pop filter into a single assembly. The shock mount uses two quick-release spring clips and supports microphones with body diameters from 40 to 60 mm, allowing the Origin to be installed rapidly while reducing mechanically transmitted vibration.
